The 1962 Gibson Everly Brothers Flattop was given as a gift to Jimmy Page in 1974 by Ron Wood, Small Faces’ guitarist. This guitar was used neither on stage or in the studio, merely as Page’s “backstage guitar”, available to him as a warmup before gigs or or to comfort him in hotel rooms.
